These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “User”, “Client”) and DutyLaunch Solutions Private Limited (Corporate Identity Number: U62099KA2025PTC211509), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at 472/7, 20th L Cross Road, 4th Block, Koramangala, Bengaluru South, Bengaluru – 560095, Karnataka, India (“DutyLaunch”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of the website dutylaunch.com and any related mobile site, application, or communication channel (collectively, the “Platform”), and your use of our career, education, relocation, documentation, jobs, and course services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing the Platform, submitting an enquiry, registering an account, or placing an order for any Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform or our Services.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform or Services after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Our Services and Platform are intended for individuals aged 18 years and above.

1. Our Services

DutyLaunch provides the following categories of Services, each described in further detail on the corresponding pages of our Platform:

  • Career Services — resume and CV writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, cover letter writing, interview preparation, career counselling, job search assistance, and salary negotiation guidance.
  • Online / Distance Education Assistance — guidance and admissions support for school-completion, degree, postgraduate, executive MBA, certification, and international education programs through our partnered institutions.
  • Dubai Job Seekers Package — UAE visa guidance, travel, accommodation, and job search support for individuals relocating to the UAE for employment.
  • Documentation & Attestation Services — passport assistance and document/certificate attestation, including embassy and MOFA attestation and translation support.
  • Jobs Marketplace — a listings platform where candidates may apply to job openings and employers may advertise vacancies.
  • Courses — industry-specific, practical upskilling courses delivered through our learning platform.

Specific inclusions, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each Service will be confirmed with you prior to your order being confirmed.

2. Eligibility and Accuracy of Information

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872; (b) all information you provide to us — including personal, professional, educational, and identity-related information — is true, accurate, current, and complete; (c) you will promptly update any information that changes; and (d) you will not use automated means (bots, scripts, or scrapers) to access the Platform. If any information you provide is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your order or account.

3. Account Registration

Certain Services — including job applications and course enrollment — require you to register an account. You agree to keep your login credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

4. Ordering, Fees, and Payment

  • Fees for each Service are as displayed on our Pricing page or as confirmed with you individually during your consultation, and are subject to change without prior notice; the price applicable at the time you confirm your order will apply to that order.
  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate (currently 18%) or other applicable taxes will be added to your order total at checkout, and you are responsible for payment of such taxes.
  • Full payment is generally required in advance before we begin work on your order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway(s). DutyLaunch does not directly store your full card, UPI, or bank account details. By making a payment, you also agree to the applicable terms of our payment processor.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion; where payment has already been made and work has not commenced, we will notify you and process a full refund.

5. Service Delivery and Timelines

Estimated turnaround times for each Service are provided in good faith based on typical processing experience and will be communicated to you before or at the start of your order. For Services that depend on third-party institutions — including government attestation offices, embassies, universities, partnered education institutions, and UAE immigration authorities — actual timelines are outside DutyLaunch’s direct control, and we will keep you informed of any known delays. DutyLaunch is not liable for delays caused by such third parties, provided we communicate known delays to you in a timely manner.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information promptly; turnaround time for a given Service begins only once we have received all information required to commence work.

6. Our Revision Promise (Career Services)

For Career Services involving a written deliverable (resume, CV, cover letter, or LinkedIn profile), we offer unlimited revisions to the document, at no additional cost, until you confirm that you are satisfied with the final result. Revisions must remain within the original scope of your order (i.e., the same career target and role level); a request to rewrite the document for a materially different career direction may be treated as a new order. Once you have confirmed the final document as satisfactory, the order is treated as complete and delivered.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents required for your Service.
  • Responding promptly to our requests for additional information or documents.
  • Ensuring that any documents submitted for attestation, visa, or admissions processing are genuine and lawfully obtained.

DutyLaunch is not responsible for delays, rejections, or additional costs arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information or documents supplied by you.

8. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

Certain Services — including visa processing, document attestation, embassy legalization, and university/institution admissions — depend on the decisions, requirements, and timelines of third-party government bodies, embassies, and educational institutions. DutyLaunch facilitates and manages these processes on your behalf but does not control, and cannot guarantee, the outcome, cost, or timeline of decisions made by such third parties.

9. Jobs Marketplace Terms

  • For Candidates: registration and job applications through our Jobs Marketplace are free of charge. DutyLaunch does not guarantee that any application will result in an interview or job offer, as this depends on factors outside our control.
  • For Employers: job listings are subject to review and approval by DutyLaunch before publication. DutyLaunch does not guarantee the suitability, qualifications, or performance of any candidate who applies through the Platform.

10. Courses and LMS Access

On successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to the relevant course through our learning management system (LMS), allowing you to progress through course content at your own pace and track your completion status. Course access duration, format, and any prerequisites will be specified on the relevant course page at the time of enrollment. Refund and cancellation terms specific to Courses are set out in our separate Refund Policy.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the DutyLaunch Platform — including text, graphics, logos, page layouts, and course materials — is the property of DutyLaunch or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform and its content for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with our Services.

Upon full payment and delivery of a Career Services deliverable (such as your resume or LinkedIn profile content), you own that final document for your personal job-seeking use. DutyLaunch may retain and use an anonymized version of such work for internal training, quality assurance, or portfolio purposes, without disclosing your personal information.

Except as expressly permitted, no part of the Platform or its content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or exploited for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

12. User Contributions

If you provide us with content — including your existing resume, career history, documents, feedback, or suggestions (“Contributions”) — you confirm that you have the right to share such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. You grant DutyLaunch a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such Contributions solely to provide the Services to you and for internal quality improvement, subject to our Privacy Policy.

13. Free Resources and Marketing Communications

We may offer complimentary resources (such as resume templates or career guides) in exchange for your contact details. By submitting such a form, you consent to us using your contact information to deliver the resource, to follow up regarding your career needs, and to send you relevant marketing communications, from which you may opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: use the Platform or Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; provide false or misleading information; attempt to circumvent security features of the Platform; interfere with or disrupt the Platform; or use information obtained through the Platform (including candidate or employer contact details) to harass, spam, or harm another person.

15. Third-Party Websites

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. DutyLaunch is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website, and your interaction with any such website is at your own risk.

16. Term, Suspension, and Termination

These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Platform or our Services. DutyLaunch may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform or a specific Service, at its discretion, in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Platform. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability — shall continue to apply.

17. Modifications and Interruptions

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform or a Service at our discretion; orders already paid for and accepted will be honored under the terms in place at the time of purchase, or an appropriate refund will be offered in line with our Refund Policy. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform and are not liable for loss arising from downtime or technical interruptions.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform or Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, such dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration conducted by a sole arbitrator in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Bengaluru, Karnataka, with proceedings conducted in English. Subject to the foregoing, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters not subject to arbitration.

19. Disclaimer

The Platform and Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we take care to deliver high-quality services, DutyLaunch does not guarantee that use of our Career Services will result in a job offer, that Education Services will result in admission, that the Dubai Job Seekers Package will result in employment or a successful relocation, or that Documentation & Attestation Services will result in approval by any government or embassy authority, as these outcomes depend on factors beyond our control.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DutyLaunch’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of a Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific Service. DutyLaunch shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income or opportunity, arising from delays or decisions made by third-party institutions referenced in Section 8.

21. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DutyLaunch, its directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform or Services, or the information or documents you provide to us.

22. Electronic Communications

By using the Platform, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email and WhatsApp, and agree that such electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.

23. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DutyLaunch regarding your use of the Platform and Services. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created between you and DutyLaunch as a result of these Terms.
