This policy sets out how you may cancel an order with DutyLaunch, and how cancellation eligibility depends on the stage your order has reached. Please also refer to our Refund Policy for the amount, if any, you may be entitled to upon cancellation.

1. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@dutylaunch.com with the subject line “Order Cancellation Request,” including your full name and order details, or reach us directly at +91 8458845826.

2. Cancellation Before Work Has Commenced

If your cancellation request is received before we have begun work on your order — for Career Services, before a writer has been assigned and drafting has begun; for Documentation & Attestation or the Dubai Job Seekers Package, before any submission has been made to a government office, embassy, or third-party provider; for Education Services, before an application has been submitted to an institution — you are entitled to a full refund of DutyLaunch’s service fee.

3. Cancellation After Work Has Commenced

Once work has commenced or a submission has been made to a third party on your behalf, cancellation is still possible, but any refund will be governed by the category-specific terms in our Refund Policy. In particular:

• Career Services: once a draft has begun, we will complete the current deliverable and offer unlimited revisions in place of a refund.
• Dubai Job Seekers Package and Documentation & Attestation Services: any third-party government or embassy fees already paid become non-refundable once submitted; DutyLaunch’s own facilitation fee may be partially refunded at our discretion.
• Education Services: once an application has been submitted to a partnered institution, that institution’s own refund policy will apply to its fees.
• Courses: governed by the 7-day / 20% access threshold set out in our Refund Policy.

4. Employer Job Postings

Employers may request cancellation of a job posting at any time; however, posting fees already paid for a published listing are non-refundable, except in the case of a genuine error attributable to DutyLaunch.

5. Discretionary Decisions

In exceptional circumstances — such as a cancellation request received shortly after work has begun — DutyLaunch may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.

6. Refund Processing for Approved Cancellations

Where a cancellation results in an approved refund, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of our confirmation email.
